What to expect when you’re expecting [a stock tank pool]: part 2

Your install day is here!  Here’s a run-down of what you can expect the day of delivery!

We will make contact 24 hours prior to your previously scheduled installation day to confirm day, time frame, and address. We will provide you with a 2-hour time frame of when we will arrive on installation day. Please be advised that installation will take approximately 2-hours. In the event of inclement weather, we will reach out to you prior to time of delivery to reschedule.

On the day of delivery, we will arrive with everything needed to install and fill your pool.  We do all of our installs/deliveries ourselves, so you will always see some combination of the 4 of us.  We will install your pool, stay until it is filled, and confirm all parts are in working order.  We will give you a crash course in pool maintenance including water chemistry testing and chlorine balancing. We also have a pool maintenance packet we will email you prior to our arrival, as well as provide you with a print copy at your time of installation.
